    not good. I work with a girl who took diet pills, yes she lost 20 lbs. in less than a 2 weeks without exercise. But she went crazy while she was on the pills. Became paranoid about everything and extremely moody. Most diet pills are diuretics, which means that you are just losing water weight, not actually losing fat. Eat properly and exercise!
